Dee's Harvest Fruit Crisp

  • 1/2 C Butter, softened
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 C Buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 C Flour
  • >1/2 C "Dee's Cereal" with dried fruit removed
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Ripe large bananas, mashed
  • Chopped walnuts or pecans optional

Mix all. Pour into a greased Bundt pan, large loaf pan, or two medium loaf pans. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in middle tests done.
