Dee's Harvest Fruit Crisp
- 1/2 C Butter, softened
- 1 C Sugar
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/3 C Buttermilk
- 1 1/2 C Flour
- >1/2 C "Dee's Cereal" with dried fruit removed
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Ripe large bananas, mashed
- Chopped walnuts or pecans optional
Mix all. Pour into a greased Bundt pan, large loaf pan, or two medium loaf pans. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in middle tests done.
