Granola Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup English walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract
  • Granola Recipe Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Stir oats, broan sugar, flour, raisins, salt, wheat germ, cinnamon, and walnuts together in large bowl
    3. In another bowl, mix oil, honey, vanilla and egg thoroughly
    4. Press into greased 9x13-inch baking pan
    5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown
    6. Allow to cool
    7. Cut into bars
