Sunflower Seed Granola Recipe

Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 cups old fashioned oats (not quick oats)
- 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degree
- In a large bowl mix oats, brown sugar, sunflower seeds, coconut, and wheat germ
- Heat honey, vanilla, and oil in microwave
- Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture, stirring thoroughly
- Pour envenly onto jelly roll pans
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden
- Allow to cool
