- 3 cups uncooked rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup soy nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped or sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup oat bran
- 1/4 cup dry milk powder
- 1 cup hot water or unsweetened apple juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Soak raisins in water or juice overnight
- Combine oats, coconut, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, soy nuts, almonds, wheat germ, oat bran, milk powder, and cinnamon
- Pour juice from raisins into a container

- Spread on two non-stick cookie sheets
