Granola Recipe Ingredients:

  • 5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped assorted dried fruit (apricots and figs)
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Granola Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl combine oats, wheat germ, bran, nuts, seeds, and cinnamon, mixing well
  3. Blend honey, juice and oil in small bowl
  4. Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture, stirring well
  5. Spread evenly on non-stick baking sheet
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown
  7. Allow to cool before mixing in dried fruit
