Granola RecipeIngredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup raisins (golden or dark)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 2 tbsp packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Granola Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Combine oats, sesame seeds, flour, coconut, almonds, dry mild, cinnamon, and brown sugar in large bowl
  3. Mix oil, honey, and salt in small bowl
  4. Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture, mixing thoroughly
  5. Spread evenly into non-stick, rimmed baking pan
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden
  7. Remove from oven
  8. Stir in raisins
  9. Allow to cool
