Honey Cashew Granola Recipe

Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
- 8 ounces shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds or cashews
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- In a large bowl mix sugar, oats, wheat germ, cashews, and coconut
- Heat honey, vanilla, and oil until bubbling
- Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture, mixing thoroughly
- Spread granola evenly onto 2 large cookie sheets
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown
- Allow to cool
