Honey Cardamom Granola Bar Recipe

Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 6 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line 9x9 inch square pan with aluminum foil
- Grease foil with butter
- In large bowl combine oats, raisins, walnuts, and cardamom, mixing thoroughly
- Heat honey, brown sugar, and butter in saucepan until boiling
- Pour liquid mixture over dry mixture, stirring together well
- Spread evenly to pan, pressing with spatula
- Bake 30 minutes, until golden
- Allow to cool
- Cut into about 18 bars
