Healthy Barley Granola Recipe

This rolled flake filled granola recipe sweetened with sparkling apple juice and cinamon sweetens the soul. Do not be afraid to take the raisins out of this healthy granola recipe for the little folks, but add a few extra for the older folks. This granola recipe tastes like apples because of the apple juice concentrate, and the rolled oats, barley, wheat, and rye give this granola recipe a wonderful crunchy texture. Of course, the crunchiness depends on how long you choose to leave this healthy granola recipe in the oven, so let it bake longer if you prefer a crunchier granola texture, or shorter if you prefer a chewier texture. Unlike some granola recipes which involve long lists of ingredients, this granola recipe only needs a limited number, and is therefore simple and easy to prepare. This granola recipe is nutritious with no added oil, and apple juice as the sweetener rather than pure sugar or honey.
