- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed tropical fruit, dried
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- Combine mixed fruit, brown sugar, and boiling water in large bowl
- Let stand for 15 minutes
- Mix remaining ingredients together in another large bowl
- stir in fruit mixture
- sprinkle granola mix on large cookie sheet
- Bake at 250 degrees for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown
- Allow to cool
