Cran-Raisin Granola Recipe

Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups mixed raisins and dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
- 1 1/2 cups oat bran
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
- Combine oats, oat bran, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and nuts in a large bowl
- Stir brown sugar, maple syrup, oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt together in saucepan on medium heat
- When liquid mixture begins to boil, pour over dry mixture, stirring together thoroughly
- Spread granola mixture evenly onto baking sheets
- Bake 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden
- Allow to cool
- Stir in raisins or cranberries
