Chunky Peanut Butter Granola Recipe

Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dark raisins
- 1 cup dried cranberries (or your choice of dried fruit)
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup raw, unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Heat vanilla, honey, peanut butter, and cinnamon together over low heat
- In large bowl combine oats, almonds, wheat germ, pecans, walnuts, and sunflower seeds, mixing well
- Pour liquid mixtuer over dry mixtuer, mixing well
- Spread evenly onto cookie sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown
- Remove from oven and stir
- Allow to cool
- Add raisins and cranberries, mixing together well
