Chocolate Granola Bar Recipe

There is plenty of protein and fiber to keep me healthy, and the chocolate chips give these granola bars a sweet taste that will blow you away. Of course, this granola bar recipe is not just for extreme outdoor adventures - my kids love these granola bars as a part of their daily lunches they take to school.

Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Mix oats, baking soda, vanilla, butter, flour, honey, and brown sugar in large bowl
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Press into greased 9x13-inch pan
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until golden
- Let cool for 10 minutes
- Cut into bars
- Allow to cool completely
