Chocolate Chip Granola Cookies

Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups granola
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts, chopped and unsalted
- 1 egg
Granola Recipe Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in medium bowl
- Beat in egg and vanilla
- Stir flour, salt, and baking soda into the mixture
- Place heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets (2 inches apart)
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes until light brown
- Cool cookies on wire racks
