Granola Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup thawed frozen orange-juice concentrate
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed
- 1 cup uncooked oats

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In large bowl mix soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, flour, and baking powder, stirring together well
- In a separate bowl cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Beat in egg
- Stir in flour mixture, honey, and orange concentrate
- Stir in sunflower seeds, raisins, and oats
- Drop tablespoonfuls on greased baking sheets (2 inches apart)
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden
- Allow to cool on wire rack
